This policy explains what data KoraFlow (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using KoraFlow you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details — your email address and display name.
- Content you create — tasks, reminders, goals, notes, social posts, KPIs, decisions and related data.
- Images — profile and AI-companion photos you choose to upload.
- Voice audio — audio you record for dictation and the voice-call feature, used only to convert speech to text.
- Device push token — to deliver notifications.
- Payment information — if you subscribe, handled by our payment providers (we do not store card numbers).
How we use your information
To provide and improve the app’s features: reminders and alarms, the AI companion (Pulse), daily briefings, scheduling, team delegation, notifications, and subscription management.
How we share information
- AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, DeepSeek) — the text needed to generate AI responses is sent to process your request.
- Payment processors — Paystack and Stripe process subscription payments.
- Google Firebase — used for authentication, data storage, and push notifications.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and protected by per-account access rules. Sensitive server credentials never leave our servers.
Data retention & deletion
You can edit or delete your content at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing us at mgt@ifesolutionslimited.com.
Children
KoraFlow is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
